Last time @nedcol toured I drove him to play my old Blue Mountains hometown. This time it was my old uni town of Wollongong with @thaliazedek @elisabethfuchsia & Chris Abrahams for an arvo gig at @frankswildyearsrecordbar which was obviously playing Tom Waits when we arrived (though I’m assured it’s not an exclusive TW playlist…) Squeezed in a @repressedrecords Ryan Davis gig at The Botany View and then a Sunday concert in my current hometown of Earlwood at the one-and-only People’s Republic/Red House, where all of ‘em guested in each other’s sets facilitated by the excellent mixing of Matt from @hospital_hill
A truly thirst-quenching weekend of music!

Thalia and Ned are across the ditch now so check his page for Auckland, Wellington and Lyttleton shows.

Come back soon, everyone! 😘

May have taken the idea of a moon jar a bit too literally.

It's a bit out there but so is Kanagroo Paw (Anigozanthos)
Home made iron oxide piled on thick and powdery to get some crawling (where the glaze withdraws into islands leaving clay exposed) and boy did it crawl!

Put a roll of portra through the washing machine by accident then @dofilmlab cross processed it in ECN-2 to see what would happen. Pretty funky contrasty soup.
