Thank you for participating in my #birthdayweekchallenge 🎉🎉🎉
I appreciate the effort put forth to learn some fun skills, choreograph a combo, post a reel/story or offer a collaboration; this truly made me appreciate how supportive the Jumprope community is and the joy we have for our fellow jumprope enthusiasts ✨✨✨

@andrea.skips84 won a new beaded rope from the #thejumpropecompany - congratulations 🎉

Easy Sunday morning before church- Italy’s group called 40 Fingers version of Africa was today’s song selection. Even snuck in a DU - @mike50at50 — one is about as good as it gets for me- lol. #40fingers #jumpingrope #womenshealth #fitnesswomenover60 #womensfitness

More DU practice and I managed a 24 today which is 3 more than my last PB. Going up slowly. I can remember desperately wanting to get to 10 and trying for months and it seemed so@far out of reach and now 10 is easy so hopefully in a couple of months I’ll find 25 easy. It just shows what persistence can do. #jumpropefun #jumpropeskills #jumpropeworkout #doubleunders #doubleunderspractice #doubleundershereicome

I’ve never got past 10 before so was really chuffed to get 15. That’s definitely progress. About time. I don’t think Id have done it without practicing on the air track. It definitely helped me get the rhythm right and to focus on controlling my arms so they don’t move up. Progress 😊

Tried for ages and still couldn’t get past 10 consecutive DU’s. I’m hoping by the end of this challenge the number will be considerably higher
