@drtarynmarie @mikealden I was blessed to spend time with Dr. Taryn and her family yesterday.

You meet people in life who are successful and then you meet people who are truly impactful. Dr. Taryn Marie Stejskal is both. Watching the way she leads as a mother, a wife, a businesswoman and a human being left a lasting impression on me.

Hearing her story, seeing the love and support between her and Mike and witnessing the environment they’ve created for their boys was powerful. It reminded me that real leadership is not just about accomplishments or titles. It’s about how you show up for people, how you carry yourself through challenges and how you inspire others through your actions.

I’m grateful I had the opportunity to help capture a small part of her story. Experiences like this push me to grow, think bigger, lead better and continue striving to become the best version of myself.

Thank you, Dr. Taryn, for welcoming me in and for being such an incredible example of resilience, leadership and heart. #storytelling #impact #resilience #neurodivergent

🎙️ Episode 10 is LIVE — The Better Body Lab Podcast

What if your voice was doing far more than communicating your thoughts…
What if it was revealing real-time insights about your stress, recovery, nervous system, and overall health?

In this episode, we sit down with wellness innovator and ToneWell founder Alex Fredericks to explore the emerging intersection of voice frequency analysis, personalized wellness, resilience, and human performance.

🧠 Together, we unpack:
• How voice frequency analysis may reveal patterns tied to stress, recovery, inflammation, and more
• The science behind ToneWell’s FFT-based voice analysis technology
• Why chronic stress and digital overstimulation may be disrupting long-term health
• How wearable tech compares to voice-based wellness tracking
• The connection between nervous system regulation, anxiety, and performance
• Why foundational habits still matter most — even in a high-tech wellness world

This conversation explores a fascinating idea: that the body may constantly be transmitting measurable signals — and the voice could become one of the most accessible windows into our wellbeing.

Because optimization isn’t just about collecting more data…
It’s about understanding the signals your body may already be giving you.

🎧 Listen now and rethink what your body might already be trying to tell you.

What if the version of you that feels “normal” is actually far from your true ultimate potential?

In this episode, we sit down with Gary Brecka to explore how health optimization, resilience, and performance are shaped not by age… but by what’s missing from your biology and daily life.

🧠 Together, we unpack:
• Why fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep, and chronic pain may not be “normal”
• The difference between “sick care” and true preventive health
• How nutrient deficiencies, toxic load, and chronic stress impact performance
• The surprising connection between loneliness, purpose, and longevity
• What peptides actually are — and how they function in the body
• Why processed foods may be disrupting metabolism and satiety

Gary challenges the idea that decline is inevitable and offers a powerful new lens on what it means to become your “Ultimate Human.”

Because optimization isn’t about chasing perfection…
It’s about removing the barriers keeping you from operating at your full potential.

🎧 Listen now and start questioning what you’ve been told is “normal.”
