For 12 years, I was the one who needed rewiring.

Hard drugs. Alcohol. Depression. Days I didn't want to be here.

I'd been obsessed with the mind since I was 15 — but knowing the theory doesn't save you. Living it does.

What actually got me out wasn't willpower, discipline, or a bigger vision. It was realising the change had to happen at the subconscious level — the root, not the surface.

That was 14 years ago. Since then I've spent over half a million pounds learning from the best minds in the world, and helped hundreds of entrepreneurs do the same thing I had to do myself: rewire the patterns quietly running the show.

Here's what all of it taught me — change happens in minutes, not months. That's the whole reason the Rapid Rewire Experience exists.

If I could rewire all of that, I can help you rewire anything.

Follow for the work I do on identity, subconscious change, and building a business as the person you actually want to be.

This is @mikebreckler an eight figure entrepreneur and CEO to women’s footwear business @bettsshoes

He came to our Bali Mastermind looking for a mental reset.
Sometimes the biggest thing holding you back isn’t your business, your team or your strategy.

It’s being too close to it all.

Stepping outside of his normal environment gave Michael the space to look at everything differently, gain perspective on where he wants to take the business next and realise something that came up repeatedly amongst the entrepreneurs in the room:

You’re probably far more capable than you give yourself credit for.
Imposter syndrome was surprisingly common amongst some incredibly successful people this week.

Ironically, that feeling of never quite being good enough may also be part of what keeps pushing them to the next level.

So I asked Michael a simple question:

If you could go back and speak to your younger self, what three things would you tell him?

Here’s what he said….

You don’t really get what happens at these until you’re in the room.

The speakers and the villa and the activities are the cherry on top. Nice but not the point.

The real thing is the conversations behind closed doors. Sitting with people running at the same speed as you. Hitting the same walls. Carrying the same stuff they don’t say out loud at home.

First couple of days everyone’s still a bit polished. Then the barriers come down and you realise you’ve all got more or less the same problems. Different businesses. Different bodies. Different bank balances. Same head.

That’s what people leave with. Not notes. Perspective and a group of people who actually get it.

Next ones:
📍 Dubai in January/February
📍 Bali next May

If that sounds like the room you’ve been missing then everything is at www.mewevents.com and the link is in my bio: @mewe.events

Nobody says this part out loud: most “masterminds” are expensive holidays with a content alibi. A room full of people posturing, not helping.

This one wasn’t that.

Eleven entrepreneurs, zero posturing. Different industries, different stages. But almost everyone in that room was quietly working through the same handful of problems nobody admits to out loud. That’s the real value of a room like that. Not eleven new ideas. Proof that your “unique” problem isn’t unique at all.

Building something is lonely. Not the Instagram kind of lonely: the real kind. Even the most understanding partner can’t carry the full weight of it. Neither can your closest friends. So you carry it alone.

For one week, I didn’t have to do either. Everyone in that room challenged each other’s decisions without mercy, and without ego. Nobody flinched. Nobody defended. Everyone just wanted the person across the room to see their full potential.

Compare that to everywhere else in life: work, social media, even your own family. Everywhere else rewards you for looking like you’ve already got it figured out. This room paid you for admitting you didn’t.

That’s not networking. That’s the brotherhood most founders never get to have.

Thank you to the guys, the speakers who actually brought something worth taking home, and @mewe.events , for a week I won’t forget. @jossmooney , your ability to connect the right people made all the difference. See you at the next one.

You become who you surround yourself with. For one week, I got to pick eleven of the best reasons that’s true. #mastermind #bali

One of the men in the room said the word prison.

Not about where he was. He was sitting in a villa in Bali at sunset with some of the most successful entrepreneurs I’ve ever been in a room with.

He was talking about his own mind.

Someone else said they hadn’t had a day off in five years, until their body forced it on them. Another said he was so focused on what other people thought, he couldn’t remember the last time he did something purely for himself. Another had been chasing success his whole life to show his father something his father never gave him credit for.

These are 7, 8, 9-figure business owners. Smart, driven, capable people who have built extraordinary things.

And almost every single one of them is running the same hidden program in the background, a belief they formed somewhere between childhood and their first big win, that’s quietly shaping every decision, every relationship, every moment they can’t switch off.

In the live hypnosis session, we went in, pulled out the beliefs that had been running the show for decades, deleted them, and stepped into the identity that actually belongs to where they’re going next.

And what I watched happen in that room is what I’ve spent 15 years doing, helping people who have already built the external results rewire the internal ones.

Because the ceiling you keep hitting? It’s not a strategy problem.

It’s a belief problem. An identity problem.

And it can change faster than you think.

A huge thank you to @jossmooney for brining me in and creating the space for this work to happen.

If you want to bring this work into your mastermind, your retreat, or your next event, DM me Rewired.

Very grateful for my people 🤍🥹
Somehow these friendships have survived decades, bad decisions, and our collective bullshit. Love you all.
