The most special way to kick off Championship Weekend honoring our game’s best. Being surprised with the Defensive Player of the Year award namesake was very unexpected and is truly an honor. Defense is about the people to your left and right, and I am truly surrounded by the best❤️Thank you to everyone who made it happen, and to Mike and Paul, you really had me there in the first half😂

Welcome back to Fridge Facts, everybody. This is September 18th’s Fridge Fact, and I just got back from the Premier Lacrosse League End of Year Awards ceremony. Congratulations to all of the End of Year Award finalists and, of course, the End of Year Award winners. And this one has to do with the PLL’s MVP, comes courtesy of my good pal Joe Keegan from the Premier Lacrosse League. C.J. Kirst from your Philadelphia Waterdogs is the youngest MVP winner since Paul Rabil in 2009. Congratulations to C.J. Kirst on taking home the 2026 PLL MVP award. Let me know your favorite lacrosse stat down in the comments section below, and I’ll see you all back here for September 19th’s Fridge Fact.

Senior Year at William Peace University.
Year 2 at Peace, but the journey started at Point University — where I graduated Summa Cum Laude, B.S. Business with a minor in Biblical Studies.
Transferred to WPU to keep chasing both callings: faith and excellence.
Now: 4.0 GPA, USA South Academic All-Conference, B.S. Business Administration, and wearing number 2 for the Pacers.
From Point to Peace, same foundation — work hard, stay humble, glorify God in everything. Business on the field, business in the classroom.
Thank you to both programs that shaped me, my family, coaches, and teammates who believed in the vision.
Last chapter at WPU. Let’s make it count. 🙏🏾📚🥍
