POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I ran my first official ultramarathon on Saturday. 38 miles at BALS Backyard Ultra but that distance means nothing compared to the people I got to share it with.

Eternally grateful to my @alphacountrytrainingnutrition team. Not only do you guys inspire me to set big goals but the support you have given me to actually see them through is like nothing I’ve experienced before. And that began long before race day. Thank you just isn’t enough.

To all the runners I shared the trail with… you are something special! An event like this attracts a certain type of person and you are some of the most positive and resilient people I’ve met. I hope to share some more miles with you soon.

Thank you to my family. Without their help watching my daughter for my long runs, I would have never been able to properly train for this.

Thank you @beactivelivespontaneous for putting on such an awesome event and bringing us all together.

Question the limits you put on yourself and never stop trying to be better.

IT’S TIME TO BALS ❤️‍🔥

Prison has its own rules… and sometimes one decision can turn everything upside down.

He made an advance on me. I turned him down. What happened next led to chaos, retaliation, and eventually a secret getting exposed that changed everything.

This story is WILD. 🩸
