FIVE STAMPS DOWN 🌅💜

A slower start to the week in the best way possible 🙆‍♂️

Monday morning saw the Movement Passport Series head to North Burleigh Beach for @mikkikeeling’s Sunrise Stretch, and what a way to kick off the week 🥹

A little less sweat, a little more stretching, some fresh ocean air and a whole bunch of good humans coming together for @movember 👨🏻

One of my favourite things about this series is that movement doesn’t have to look the same for everyone. Sometimes it’s pushing yourself through a tough workout, other times it’s slowing down, taking a moment for yourself and connecting with the people around you.

A massive thank you to @mikkikeeling for bringing this one to life, and to everyone who rolled out of bed early, showed up and supported the cause 🫶

We’ve now passed $5,000 raised, with the final $1,000 of my fundraising goal in sight 👀

Another weekend of the Movement Passport Series, this time with @coreplus_studios Robina + @legacythroughmovement 🤝

& it was a hotttt & sweaty weekend!!

Different ways to move. Same reason for showing up.

More sweat, more new faces, more connection and somehow… we’ve now officially cracked $5,000 raised for @movember 👨🏻

$1,000 to go. That feels a little bit wild…

What started as a few ideas around bringing people together through movement has turned into a whole bunch of communities opening their doors, donating their time to something much bigger than the workout itself.

A huge thank you to both communities and every single person who showed up, got sweaty, donated and helped push this thing past $5k 🫶

Four stamps down. $5,000+ raised.
One final $1,000 to chase.

MOBILITY FOR LIFTERS 👇🏼

If you strength train but mobility is always the thing you know you should do more of… this is your reminder that it doesn’t need to mean adding another hour-long session to your week.

I’ve been taking part in my friend @mikkikeeling 30 Day Mobility Challenge and I’ve genuinely loved having just 12 minutes of mobility to do each day. It’s been such an easy way to make mobility a more consistent part of my training rather than something I only remember when I’m feeling stiff.

Mikki is a strength & mobility coach and this full body mobility flow is one of hers.

It also makes a GREAT mobility warm-up before a full body strength session, particularly if you’re training chest, back, shoulders and quads.

SAVE & TRY 👇🏼
✨ Wall Assisted Chest Stretch
3-6 reps per side

✨ Prone OH Extensions
8 reps- On the final rep, hold for 5-10 seconds

✨ Side Lying Quad Stretch | PNF
Push your foot into your hand for 5 seconds → release → gently relax deeper into the stretch
3-5 reps per side

✨ Single Leg Touch Downs w/ Reference Point
2-4 reps per side
1 forward + 1 back = 1 rep

Mobility doesn’t have to replace your strength training. It can support it by helping you move through better ranges of motion, build control in those ranges and prepare your body for the movements you’re about to load.

And honestly, 12 minutes a day feels SO achievable 🙌🏼

The Movement Passport Series officially got moving this weekend with @coreplus_studios Benowa + @neverquit_burleigh 🥵

Two very different ways to move, a whole heap of sweaty humans, plenty of laughs and $500 raised for @movember across the weekend.

Stepping into a new space, meeting someone you might not have otherwise met, moving alongside each other and creating a little more connection in the process is a pretty special way to spend your weekend 👏

A huge thank you to both communities for opening their doors, donating their time and getting behind the idea 🫶
and to every single person who showed up, got sweaty and threw some $$ towards the cause, forever grateful 👨🏻

THE MOVEMENT PASSPORT SERIES 💜

Different spaces. Different ways to move. One shared purpose.

Over the next few weeks, some of my favourite movement communities across the Gold Coast are opening their doors and bringing people together in support of @movember.

Pilates. Strength. Sweat. Mobility. Community.

Each session is open to everyone, with donations going directly towards Movember 👨🏻🗽

The idea is pretty simple: try somewhere new, move with some good people and raise some $$ for something that matters.

You don’t need to belong to the studio. You don’t need to know anyone. And you definitely don’t need to do every session.

Just pick one (or a few 👀), show up and get involved.

Move together. Meet someone new. Raise some money. Start conversations that matter.
