Week 4 out of 12. Starting to motor on but I feel like I could be humbled any week now. Have seen my training for Ratoath Half in 2 weeks and the priority will be survival over anything else 🫣

I know it has been a few weeks but I had a great time at the Novablast 6 launch event with @the_run_hub & @mildactivity at @volumesdublin 🏃🏻‍♀️

It’s always great to hang out with @bvouard & @ross_onthe_run as well as meet new friends like @chiara_zanfabro ❤️

Let me know if you have got yourself a pair of the Novablast 6 yet and what you think of them!!

Starting the weekend the right way.

Swapped the roads for the trails and headed up Sugarloaf with mild trails. 8.2km, 428m of climbing, and plenty of strong runners.

There’s something about earning the views that never gets old. ⛰️🏃‍♂️

Saturdays are for trails. 🤝

🧠🏃‍♂️ When running became something calmer for Alex Casablancas, he built run clubs: spaces where people move together, talk, and take things a bit easier.

Less pressure, more balance. More focus on mental wellbeing and simple routines that feel good.

“In a group run, barriers drop fast,” Casablancas says. “It’s an easy way to connect, during the run itself or at a café beforehand or afterwards. Sometimes the coffee is the excuse to meet and the run comes first, and sometimes it is the other way around. Either way, the combination turns a training session into a shared experience.”
