I swear I wonder what I have.
Neurodivergent folk have heightened senses.
I know most of people’s agendas, feelings and phoniness before they do.
I just act like I don’t most times
Moving forward I’ll be calling it out

A brief chat with my dear friend Ashley on the fine line of setting a healthy boundary as a shield to avoid the conversation entirely.

Being accountable and open to the dialogue, even when it's uncomfortable, especially with someone you love.
If we immediately shut down and out up a wall and don't give any room for the relationship to grow, we are seeking our own affirmation without taking into consideration anyone else's experience.
