Find yourself a fellow gym girl and don’t let her go 😉😘💕 @millie_george

Two weeks off training together and today was more catching up than it was training (partly due to my stupid hand injury 🙄) but we did something at least… Bring on nexts week training!

No weak links.

Left buzzing for the whole night ⚡️
This is what HYROX is about… TEAM ENERGY.

Thanks to @hyroxworkouts for the 8-week speed development course kept me fully ready for an explosive HYROX relay

MIXED RELAY HYROX OLYMPIA - @millie_george @key2swift @chrisdurdlecarpentry 🔥⚡️🧡

Having done singles and doubles before, the relay was definitely the most fun and CHAOTIC by far but had the best team!!

Trying to find time to train altogether with 3 busy PTs and 1 top carpenter hasn’t been easy, but we made it work 💪🏼 everyone absolutely smashed it yesterday. Although wouldn’t be right without mentioning, Chris offered himself up to the burpees and sprinted out even though it was Juniors go 🤣🤣 (never have I ever known someone to do BBJs when they actually don’t have to)

1.06.03 ⏰ unreal!!! Proud of us guy 🥰 more to come….

This girl needs her own post @millie_george 💞

The start of last year Millie sent me a message asking if she could get involved in some Hyrox training with me… a year on and we’ve just completed our first relay together (and I’ve gained a very good friend in the process🥰)

So so proud of you girl. Hyrox started as something way out of your comfort zone but you have progressed soo much and your performance yesterday was unreal 😮‍💨🙌🏼 So happy to have shared that race with you. AND we were still smiling at the end…

Love you girl!! Where to next 👀

My favourite session of the week… LEGS w/ @millie_george 🥰🔥 Training consistently and progressively as of late, and we’re really starting to feel the difference…

Today’s session (4 exercises): Barbell hip thrusts, back squats, Bulgarian split squats & bench assisted RDLs…
3-4 sets per exercise 😮‍💨

Training with a friend really does push you that little bit extra. Let’s see what we can do in the next couple of months 💪🏼✨
