I upgraded my student lanyard for a traffic cone assistant tshirt🥹

There’s not a lot that I can say to encapsulate the magic that goes on in this room, and though I can say, this week felt the most magical of all.

Being on the other side of the room was such an honour and privilege to witness so many beautiful people heal the parts of themselves that have been hurting for so long. To see them come in and leave a different person- someone literally glowing (and getting some spiritual Botox from ECT🤣🫶🏼)

Seeing the woman who makes this all possible for everyone who comes through this room, shine in her element yet again, will always bring the biggest smile to my face. There’s no one like you @elizabethannewalker_eawtc and I’m so grateful to have been able to support you this whole week 🤎

To my assistant crew🥹🥹🥹 what a team!!!! I love you all & am so glad we got to boogie, hold space together, cuddle every day, learn dances, laugh til our bellies hurt and land lots of planes 🤣 you guys are such incredible, inspiring, loving people and I’m so lucky to speak the same language as you all 🤪

I’m leaving this week STOKED that this is my life and I get to do this for a living!!! Are you kidding ?!!!🥹🥳🤩

Full Circle Moment 🧑🏽‍🎓✏️✨

Grateful for the last week supporting this cohorts NLP Prac! @elizabethannewalker_eawtc

There is so much courage, vulnerability and transformation that happens in this room and to be part of that energy is so special.

There is also a deep sense of community that happens when people start to allow themselves to tap into their body and express ALL their feelings… even if it looks ugly. Students learn they are not only releasing for themselves, they are also giving permission for others to do the same.

They learn how to choose forgiveness over pain and put up a stop sign to avoid looping back to past unhelpful cycles that once kept them stuck.

The changes I have witnessed in myself and others after being in this room are honestly profound….and they happen fast!

I have seen people go from being crippled with anxiety, afraid to speak up, move to standing on stage, with confidence, dancing their hearts out.

I have also seen people with the most horrific traumatic things happen in their past, learn to embody true forgiveness and reclaim power over their lives, where these events no longer debilitate them.

& the list goes on….

Now each and every day I get to do the same for my clients and create a ripple effect in the world.

Endlessly grateful for the power of this work 🧡🧡
