🇵🇸 LET PALESTINIAN STUDENTS STUDY. LET THEM HAVE A FUTURE.

Ireland, we call on you to do better.

Palestinian students have earned scholarships, secured places at universities, and fought to continue their education despite living through unimaginable destruction. Yet so many have had their student visas refused.

According to reported figures, 115 Palestinian student visa applications were refused between January and September 2026, while only 50 were granted.

Behind every application is a human being. A student with dreams, ambitions, and the determination to build a future despite everything they have endured.

How can we speak about education for all while students who have fought so hard for this opportunity are being denied the chance to study?

These students deserve the opportunity to learn, to grow, and to build the futures they have worked for. They should not have to watch their dreams slip away because they were born in Palestine.

I call on the Irish Government to review these refusals, remove unjust barriers, and give Palestinian students a fair opportunity to pursue their education in Ireland.

It is deeply painful and heartbreaking to see young children facing such extreme hardship and danger.
This family lives in the North, where the situation is extremely critical and dangerous.
Their father no longer has a platform here to share their story, which makes it even more important for us to be their voice. Please help us pass the message forward.

Irish Healthcare Workers for Palestine joined forces with The Children’s Blanket for a silent march through Dublin, reaffirming their solidarity with Palestinian healthcare workers after three years of Israel’s genocide in Gaza.

Passing through Grafton Street and Drury Street, participants displayed white shoes in remembrance of healthcare workers killed, detained and tortured by Israeli forces.
