✨Where Light Blooms ✨

Some artists have a magical ability to bring light into the world, not just through their art, but through the spirit they share with others. Bibi Lei is one of those artists.

Bibi’s paintings are an invitation into a world of colour, tenderness and imagination, where flowers bloom and dreams take shape. There is a beautiful positivity in her work, a reminder to embrace joy, nurture our imagination and never lose our sense of wonder.

I have a particular fondness for Bibi and the enchanting world she creates. Her paintings possess a warmth and an optimism that feel increasingly precious. Bibi’s paintings do more than brighten a wall; they bring a little sunshine into the spaces we inhabit and the lives we lead.

Art has the power to change the feeling of the day and Bibi’s work does just that. 🌸✨🧚‍♂️

Selects from the curation of ‘Quiet Correction” for MANTL at Wonzimer.

The exhibition proposed an emphasis on appreciating the time spent with works however long or limited, suggesting a new view of collecting through the MANTL platform. Mirroring the function of the platform — creating access to acquiring works for limited periods, reinforcing resources, support and ownership for artists — the exhibition presented a performance element shifting the works into new scenes periodically, expressing the multiple lives art may live to encourage a more engaging, supportive and accessible provenance.
