Menopause is a natural phase in a woman’s life. But what many people don’t talk about enough is how deeply it can affect mental health.

Mood swings.
Sleep disruption.
Anxiety.
Emotional overwhelm.

These changes are biological, real, and more common than most women realise.

In this Women’s Day message, Dr. Sonali Bali, Senior Consultant Neuropsychiatrist at VIMHANS, shares simple ways women can care for their mental wellbeing during menopause from prioritising sleep and staying active to reaching out for support when needed.

Menopause is not a decline. It is a transition. And no woman should have to navigate it alone.

Let’s talk about it. Let’s normalise it. 💜
