What an incredible honor to be named the Group B Preliminary Fitness Winner alongside my sweet friend, Bridget! I’m so happy we get to share this moment together. ❤️ 👑

I’m so grateful for this special recognition and for the opportunity to take the stage this week. Every moment has been such a blessing, and I’m thankful for everyone who has supported me along the way.

And shout out to @mind2muscle___ for helping me look and feel my best💪

Putting in the work with Mind2Muscle Fitness 💪

Come join me for a workout with Mind2Muscle Fitness!! I’ve been training with Brittany Kellaway and she has been giving me so much encouragement and support every step of the way. From helping me stay on track with my diet to pushing me through workouts, she’s truly helping me feel more confident as I prepare for swimsuit in July.

We still have some hard work ahead, but I’m feeling so good and so motivated already and I can’t wait to keep growing 🤍

📣📣📣 I just wanted to highlight some of my favorite accounts to follow related to fitness & health. All of these women inspire me for different reasons, and I have learned different things following their accounts. It seems that the world can really be so shallow about health, so when you find people who are not - they’re GEMS 💎 and on top of that, to be hardworking Mama’s of all ages. Heck. Yes. Go follow 👏🏻👏🏽👏🏿
