🏆 SEPTEMBER MOTUS WEBINAR

Building a Champion Minded Gym Culture
Featuring Jeff Benson

Championship culture isn’t something that just happens. It’s built every day—in the way your coaches lead, the way your athletes respond to challenges, and the environment you create inside your gym.

On September 9, we’re bringing in Jeff Benson, cheer’s leading mindset and performance coach and best-selling author of unBlocked, to talk about what it really takes to build a champion-minded culture.

With 10+ years in performance coaching and more than 1,000 athletes and families impacted by his work, Jeff knows that developing successful athletes goes far beyond physical skills.

This conversation is about creating an environment where athletes can build confidence, handle pressure, overcome fear, and grow—and where coaches and leaders have the tools to support them.
