“It’s just a headache.” “I’m just tired.” “I didn’t sleep well.”

We’ve all said these words

But here’s what nobody tells you; that’s your body whispering.

And every time you push through and ignore it, that whisper gets louder until one day it stops whispering altogether and your body starts screaming at you

I see this every single day with high achieving, capable, doing all the “right” things women, yet they’re falling apart on the inside.

You are not just tired. You are not just stressed. Your body is trying to tell you something and you deserve answers.

Want to learn more about chronic fatigue, perimenopause, PCOS, and PANDAs?

Meet Jaday 🩵💜

“Hi, I’m Jaday. Chronic illness has been part of my life for years. With PCOS, PMDD, chronic migraine, MCAS. I got very good at functioning tired, but I didn’t truly understand chronic fatigue until my daughter was diagnosed with POTS.

Then PANDAS touched our family during the pandemic, and everything changed. After years of medical trauma and gaslighting, we finally found proper treatment. I spent countless late nights trying to understand what was happening and how to help her. I refused to give up, and along the way I learned so much about natural medicine, holistic health, and the mind-body connection.

Soon after, she was also diagnosed with EDS alongside POTS. What started as desperation to help my child led me back to school to study natural and holistic medicine. Even without a cure, I believed she could have a better quality of life, and she did end up making a lot of progress. She’s actually the one who encouraged me to help others too.

That’s how @mindbodyrestored began. I’m here to share what I wish someone had explained to me sooner, raise awareness, and offer hope. I’ll be hosting free educational sessions soon because this information shouldn’t feel out of reach.

Come say hi 👋🏼 let’s connect.”
