🎟️ Back by popular demand: Lolly @mindfulhealingtouch will start off each session with a somatic centering meditation. Our audience loved this last year and we are excited to maintain this new festival tradition.

🐙 We will be offering a Mindful Healing Touch prize this weekend including:

✨ Through my passion for dance, I discovered the world of somatic therapy, and it saved me. It literally saved my life.

✨ Now I fold my passion for somatic practices into my dance classes.

✨ The butterfly hug can help calm down the nervous system and drop into the body. I asked my dancers to try it before doing the combo last week.
