I want to officially welcome @mindfullynes back 🫶 Her probing question really made me realise how much I’ve changed my lifestyle over the last couple of years. One small change I’ve made recently is being more mindful about what I put on my skin. When I started reading about hormone-disrupting chemicals that can be found in some skincare products, it really made me think. So I began looking for healthier options, and that’s how I discovered Tropic. Now I’m really happy to be an ambassador for the brand. I genuinely love their products and what they stand for. Their ethos is about creating a greener, healthier and more empowered world, and I love that they’re always looking for more sustainable ways to do things. I happily buy their products knowing they’re good for my skin and that, in a small way, it’s also helping create a better world for all of us. And I truly believe that if each of us does a little, together we can create a lot of change. #mindfulliving #consciouschoices #naturalskincare #tropicskincare #greenerchoices

#Repost @mindfullynes ・・・ A #CityTree in the middle of Putney high street. So exciting!! Been reading about it and it has a technology able to deliver the pollution reducing and air cooling effect of 275 conventional trees. It works by creating an environment for specially cultivated mosses to thrive in urban conditions. The installation powers itself via solar panels, and rainwater is collected and automatically redistributed using a built-in irrigation system. With the closure of Hammersmith bridge and the amount of traffic diverted to Putney Bridge this is definitely a very welcome addition to our high street. #takecareoftheplanet #climatecrisis #makeadifference #climatechange #sustainability #sustainable #environmentallyfriendly #citytree #stepbystep #savetheplanet #takeaction #environment #thinkoffuturegenerations

• Happy Monday! Isn’t it nice to open the door and see an @oddboxldn filled with fresh veggies & fruit? Now there’s enough for pepper compote 🫑 😋 (a good distraction from this foggy cold morning!) I started ordering these boxes a few months ago during #lockdown 1.0, after a great suggestion by @mindfullynes & I’m sticking to it because Victoria loves the fresh fruit purées, too. 🍎 . . . #tixicohome #homecooking #freshfood #hubbychef #cookingforfamily #cookingathome #cooking #passionateaboutfood #seasonalfood #freshveggies #freshfruit #cookingforbaby

• Happy sunny Saturday morning! As you know my new home cooking project is just taking the first baby steps — or, still crawling, like Victoria! It’s as much mine as it is my friends’, i.e. yours. Special thanks to you @ritaccbarake & @bassembarake for the support and encouragement! This incredible logo that you commissioned from very talented @sanachaaban reflects so well my personality and passion: homemade food, cooked fresh with plenty of herbs! 🌿👨🏽‍🍳 🥄 Stay around! See you soon! . . . #tixicohome #homecooking #homemadebread #freshfood #hubbychef #cookingforfamily #cookingforbaby #cookingathome #passionateaboutfood #comfortfood #growyourown #cooking #seasonalfood
