So honored to be part of the Barryville Farmers’ Market and this beautiful community! ❤️🍕 Thank you @mindfulmotel for including Tre Bella Pizza and for capturing a little piece of what we love to do. I’m so grateful for another year. 🤍

When you’re a cancer baddie, birthday’s hit different. Here’s to 43 🎂 and continuing this fight. I love you all!

Happy Monday!

When we started Mindful Motel, we knew we’d never be the cheapest place to stay.

Choosing organic mattresses, filtered water, non-toxic products, better ingredients, and paying attention to the tiny details isn’t the easy route. It’s definitely not the cheapest one.

So when someone notices those choices not just the home, but why we made them it reminds us exactly why we started.

Every review like this feels like a little reminder that the right people always find you.

To everyone who has trusted us with your getaway, thank you. We’re just getting started. 🤍 #mindfulmoments #mindfulmotel #nontoxic #healthylifestyle #cleanliving

Walls are up at the @mindfulhotel's in-progress DEN in Glen Spey, NY! This project is being built by @thimble_projects and features the DEN Essential House design (shop it at our link in bio!)

Have you heard about DEN’s Builder Matching Service yet? 👷🏻🏡 We're here to connect you with the ideal builder for your customized projects.

Here's how it works:
📞 We kick off with a call between us to discuss the scope and expectations of your project.
🔨 Within 7 days, DEN delivers detailed takeoffs of all materials needed for the project, accompanied by a written description of the work completed and the next steps.
💵 Over the next 21-28 days, DEN actively reaches out to potential builders to gather bids for your project. This phase is critical in ensuring a competitive and fair pricing structure for the construction phase.
🏠 DEN presents to you the pricing obtained from builders, alongside a review session to discuss the bids, next steps, and any questions you might have.

All the builders we’re connected with have a track record of successfully completed ground-up houses; adequate resources including employees, trucks, and earth-moving machinery; and customer references.

This service is available to anyone who purchases a Complete Package of any DEN cabin plan. Visit our website (link in bio 🔗) to get started!

🎉Project 2024-5🎉

The groundbreaking on the chic @denoutdoors Essential House is slated for late March. This custom home for @mindfulmotel will be located at 42 Parkside Dr, Glen Spey, within The Ferns at Mohican Lake subdivision.

This will be our 3rd project with DEN and the folks at Mindful Motel. The Essential has essentially 🤪 everything you need. We’ve modified it slightly for the owner’s preference to include a larger bathroom, extended porch, a location for an exterior sauna and EV charging.

🏡 Facts:
- 2 Bedrooms
- 1 Bathroom
- 1008 Square Feet
- 2.3 Acre Secluded Property on Cul De Sac with lake rights to Mohican Lake
