#Mindfulness, #Movement & #Sound: A Restorative Start to Your #Festival Day
Building on the success of previous years’ Saturday morning mindfulness and wellbeing sessions, begin your day at the Marylebone Music Festival with a restorative experience designed to ground, energise, and reconnect. Led by mindfulness and sound practitioner Rehana Rafiq Lee from Mindful Respace, this one-hour session blends mindfulness, gentle Qigong movement, and immersive sound therapy using singing bowls to create a calm and nourishing atmosphere. Set within the unique, natural surroundings of the festival, it offers a chance to slow down, reset, and arrive with intention, whether for a full day of music, or a moment of stillness in the heart of West London.

🥁🥁☀️📚📚Last week's readings at Word on the Water and on Taggs Island were a wonderful success!

Here's a taster of what to expect at tomorrow's reading (Tuesday 17th June) in Bloomsbury at 49 Great Ormond Street.

My friend, the writer Julian Stannard, will also be launching his novel ' The University of Bliss'.

Drinks from 6pm, readings start at 6.45pm and will run for approximately an hour.

The event is free but spaces are limited so message me to be added to the guest list! 📚🥁🥁☀️📚
