7 MONTHS OF WORK. A WHOLE NEW LEVEL OF PERFORMANCE ❤️🔥

This week’s training sessions with @hannahwalker_pmu have shown just how far we’ve come, not just physically, but in strength, confidence and overall quality of life.

When Hannah and I started working together 7 months ago, the priority wasn’t simply to train harder or change her physique.

It was to get her body into a position where it COULD perform at its best.

Living with endometriosis meant we needed to understand her body, not fight against it.

We focused heavily on nutrition, recovery, managing symptoms, understanding her individual recovery capacity and building a foundation that would support her health AND her goals.

And the results have been incredible.

Hannah began feeling better than she had in years. Her confidence grew, her quality of life improved, and most importantly, she started trusting what her body was capable of.

NOW WE’VE ENTERED A WHOLE NEW CHAPTER🔥

With a stronger foundation and improved symptom management, we’ve been able to raise the standard of training.

More intensity.
More strength.
More progression.
And some incredible changes in body composition!

But here’s what matters most to me as her coach…

We haven’t sacrificed her health to achieve those results.

I’m constantly monitoring her recovery, sleep, nutrition, training performance and endometriosis symptoms, adjusting where necessary to help minimise the risk of flare-ups.

High performance isn’t about pushing harder at every opportunity, it’s about knowing WHEN to push, WHEN to recover and HOW to get the very best out of the individual in front of you.

Our winning formula?

❤️ Patience
❤️ Communication
❤️ Consistency
❤️ Commitment to health AND performance

Hannah, you’re an absolutely beautiful soul, and watching you grow not only physically, but mentally and emotionally and I couldn’t be prouder ❤️

Transforming physiques is rewarding yet it’s how you help individuals change their quality of life, mentally, emotionally and physically 🙏🏼

Forced REPS - growth requires pushing past what it is your BODY wants to do and working outside your perceived LEVEL of comfort…

Comfort Zone - No Results
Growth Zone - Speaks For Itself

Willingness to expose yourself to this day in and day out week after week creates the Physique that you have always dreamed of.

There is NO easy way to PROGRESS - this level of focus creates massive amounts of self confidence and self worth.

BTS Training with @tylerlifts01 📈

Nothing gives me more joy than passing on knowledge and motivation to the next generation.

I think T is beginning to believe in his potential as each and every session another level of his personality comes out and the conversation between sets are being lead my questions from him instead of silence…

Everyone evolves at different paces and this guy knows what he is capable of, my job is to give him the advice, education and belief to let it all out with no remorse 🦍⛽️

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT BEING AN IFBB PRO WELLNESS OLYMPIAN IN MY OFF-SEASON. 💗

HIGH ENERGY ✅
STRONG ✅
HEALTHY ✅
THICK 🍑

There’s something incredibly empowering about embracing the fullness, strength and curves that come with the off-season.

More food. More energy. More strength. More muscle tissue.

I’m not chasing stage condition all year round. I’m embracing the phase that allows me to grow, develop and build an even better physique.

Because Wellness isn’t just about how you look on stage.

It’s about appreciating the strength, shape and femininity of the physique you’re building along the way.

STRONG. HEALTHY. THICK. AND LOVING EVERY MINUTE OF IT 💪💕

No Words 🤯

I am personally and professionally mind blow at how things are unravelling for @tylerlifts01

Who would of thought that underneath the crumpets he used to eat there were some godly bodybuilding genetics lol.

When I say this is just the start for this young man, I mean it.

Coachable, respectful and very hardworking there is NO LIMITS.

6 months ONLY of bodybuilding training…..

5 WEEKS POST-SHOW & 1 WEEK INTO OFF-SEASON 🔥

Now the focus has shifted from post show recovery to growth

More muscle tissue. More development. More refinement.

The shows have been mapped out, the goals are clearly defined, and training is now specifically structured around the physique I intend to bring to the stage next season.

Every training session has a purpose. Every phase has an objective.

This isn’t simply about getting bigger. It’s about building strategically, addressing the areas that need improvement and creating a more complete physique.

Time to BUILD 💪
