⭐️ Rating this Trip: 5 STARS ⭐️
🍁 Fall Leaves Tour — 2025 🍁

We kicked this trip off with a Georgia Tech win over Duke (7–0!) and every stop just kept getting better.

Efland, NC — peaceful views, kayaking, fishing, and Jason driving his RC boat while cows wandered the sunrise landscape.

Covington, VA — our first time in Virginia and pure magic. Peak fall leaves. Back-road drives with the windows down and heat on. Cabin on the Creek was spotless and full of charm — set above a creek “sink” with boulders and a hidden stream under the deck. We can’t wait to return in summer to swim in those crystal-clear mountain pools.

We hiked Roaring Run Falls, climbed waterfalls, and felt proud of every step. Fell in love with Falling Springs Falls and Humpback Bridge. A wrong turn led us to a swinging bridge — terrifying for me, but Jason encouraged me to be brave… and I crossed it!

Asheville, NC — ziplining high above the Blue Ridge.
Sky Valley & Scaly Mountain — mountain coaster thrills and cozy nights.

The hike, the coaster, and the zipline made me feel like a kid again — and being a kid is when I’m truly most happy. I kept saying, “Man! This is fun!”

Atlanta, GA — finished with friends, laughs, and another Jackets win (8–0!).

Huge thanks to Vincent for always being the best host — great hospitality, snacks to go, and endless laughs. 💛🍂

Campers picked LOTS of blueberries at Minka Farm today! We ate some with cream and sugar and sent the rest to be used in the camp kitchen.

Slow-roasting a perfectly portioned 1.5lb brisket from @minkafarm is a delicious way to celebrate Beef Month—tender, flavorful, and just the right size to cook up in 90 minutes for a special dinner.

Blueberry picking! We visited Minka Farm and found LOTS of ripe berries. Then we took them back to camp, washed them, and topped them with cream and/or sugar. So yummy!
