Making Strange… my almost year-long residency @printshoporg has been wrapped up with this group exhibition, with wonderful artist fellows. The works are exploring funerary figures, death rituals and the world above and below, which has been my ongoing subject matter. It accompanies loss, to mark the threshold between the living and the dead, and is subsequently discarded, forgotten, or marginalized. In my printmaking practice, renewal and reconfiguration operate at every level of the process, to bring it back into a living, generative force within a contemporary cosmology.

The show is continue until Nov 10 so please stop by if you are nearby :)

$🚨 From sirens to fire alarms, air raid signals to cell phone alerts, the sounds of emergency are pervasive. In their visual art and DJing, Jesús Hilario-Reyes takes up the siren as an instrument of seduction and alarm—a call for bodies to move, whether in response to potential danger or to an incoming beat. Benjamin Krusling’s poetry moves between fractured online subjectivities and protean forms of collectivity forged in music, struggle, and ruptures in day-to-day life. For Hurricane in the Fog Machine, Hilario-Reyes and Krusling will discuss the interplay between far-reaching sounds and mass movement, tech and dread, transmission and transcendence. The conversation will be moderated by Mira Dayal, Triple Canopy’s senior editor. Hurricane in the Fog Machine will take place on Tuesday, November 10, at 7 p.m. The program is presented in collaboration with Public Records for Durations. 🔗 Free with RSVP—visit the link in Triple Canopy’s profile to reserve your spot and to view the full schedule of events. *** The 2026 Triple Canopy Symposium is supported by Critical Minded and hosted by Roulette and Public Records. Programs on November 9, 10, and 15 are presented in partnership with Public Records’s Durations festival. This year’s symposium is sponsored by Feeld and A Fucking Magazine.
