The mural that I produced with @artoverhatecollective and painted by @offwrldmurals for The Pasadena Jewish Temple and Center (as part of their healing process from losing their building to the Eaton Fires) was vandalized with swastikas and anti-Israel graffiti last night.
If you have information about the incident, please contact the detective in charge at hhdoherty@lasd.org

I’m proud to share a very special community mural project that I had the privilege of producing with Sparks of Kindness and Art Over Hate Collective for the Pasadena Jewish Temple & Center. The mural now stands on the site where the synagogue once stood before it was destroyed in last year’s Eaton Fire—a vibrant symbol of resilience, remembrance, and renewal.

Designed and led by the talented Miriam Hellman of Offwrld Murals, the project was brought to life with creative contributions and painting by students from the Temple community. Produced by Art Over Hate Collective, this mural reflects the strength of a community coming together to heal, create, and look toward the future. Please see link in comments for a wonderful video about this community mural project by Gary Jacobs.

NEW WORK// GEICO “Legend of the Lizard
RISE/DRIVE

Coach Burnette's world

This is one of my favorite characters/sets in our story. Coach Burnette is one of those coaches that forever impact our lives. The kind that see our potential, that we may not yet see in ourselves and then take the time to foster that potential. That person can be everything to who we are and make a world of difference in our lives.

Thanks to our wonderful producer and friend @mike.j.mitch for supporting us every step of the way. Thx @shafei @martinagency @geico, for the wonderful collaborative conversations and trust. Thank you @Polly Morgan and #ChristopherCulliton for grounding us in this incredible, emotional, verite place. Every frame was so beautiful and true. And the light, each frame was so was so exquisite.

I could not be more proud of this team and all of the incredible collaborators on this film. We were all a family on this and we stayed true to the characters and the story we were telling to the very end. @shafeid, thank you for having us, it was a pleasure to build these tiny worlds together with you.
