This post has been a long time coming. Written words cannot convey the meaning a place can hold, the impact a community can have on a life, or the nuance of grief. It’s sometimes a subtle process that works it’s way through dreams, conversations, random moments folding laundry. @theworkingbodyoakland was a magical place I was blessed to share with so many amazing people, friends, colleagues, and clients. You all are in my heart today and always. May we journey onwards together stronger than before, anchored in the love that pulled us all together. #strongertogether #theworkingbodyoakland #bestofthebest #brainbasedtraining #zhealthtrainer #lovemytribe
