how has love impacted your life? do you feel you have love within your community?

a little something to think on. community goes deeper than simply knowing someone. it’s showing you for them, giving them grace, assistance, resources, and even love 💌

those connections are not created by walking into a space, snapping some pictures and leaving. you need time to slow down. to be intentional with what you are saying, how you are moving and what you decide to do with that experience afterwards.

thank you @cymonesafespace for capturing these moments ✨🫶🏽 thank you LT for sharing how love has impacted you and experiencing a sense of serenity with @wearewelllived and @blackgirlsneed 🤎

yoga + pilates, good music, better views 🤎

our events always come with a vibe! these are some of our favorite moments from “Fall Into Wellness: An R&B Wellness Experience” 🌱 with @fromphoenixco & @goodandwellmovement

wellbeing can look so many ways. from wellness shots and aromatherapy, to journal decorating and d.i.y. bouquets. and of course, at the core, mindfulness & movement. every guest left us feeling a little looser, a little lighter, and with a little more love.
