Wet knots are harder to undo 🤍

We got married in Iceland earlier this year and while I usually have a pretty strong pull with the weather gods, they decided that our wedding day should be the first test of our vows.

Thank you @musicwithcoffee for definitely legally officiating our ceremony, and @sarah_ovenden for keeping me warm and sane throughout the trip and day. Thank you to my mom for doing my hair (sorry it was immediately taken out by a waterfall), to my dad for helping me hike down to the ceremony. I was also supported on the trip and on the day by Steph, Levon, Scott, and Calvin’s family with fluffing my dress, decorations at the house, delivering breakfast and coffee to the hair and makeup station, picking up dinner, and braving the weather with us while smiling through it.
Zero thanks to whoever is in charge of the weather.

But I guess thanks for the Aurora at night. That helped.

Lastly- I am thankful I had Calvin there next to me all day. We are still in love and are actually legally married, and these photos are amazing. #wouldreccomend

Year 2 in the bag. 214km logged. Killer heat and killer hills on Day 1 followed by killer rain on Day 2. Training pays off!

The 2026 Tragically Clipped.

This year we faced heat, headwinds and torrential rain over the two days of the @pmcfride . Everyone crossed the finish line in Niagara-on-the-Lake, but more importantly, we raised nearly $25,000 for the life saving research at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre.

Feels good to do things and be part of something bigger. Looking forward to a long time running (riding) with the @tragicallyclipped family!

A big thanks to my coach @coachmikelevine and @mindfulmthd , it was a pretty last minute decision to do this ride and he turned me into a cyclist! Would have been a much bigger challenge without his help!
