3 shows, 3 different looks, all looks I as the coach was proud of 😎

This prep is one coaches and clients can learn from regarding why communication is important... From a coaches perspective, I loved the NSW look because it was so vastly improved from Mitch’s last show. But Mitch wasn’t happy, felt he wasn’t sharp enough and he expressed it to me.

And while I make the final decisions, athlete satisfaction must be considered.

𝗠𝘆 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝘀, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼’𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻’𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆.

Which is exactly what we did with each show, landing us at the Amateur O with both of us being equally satisfied.

Success!

Pretty special watching these two step on the Amateur Olympia stage today.

I’ve had the privilege of supporting @mitch_c92 with his tissue work through Season C and into Amateur Olympia, and @yushifitness through Season A, AGP Korea and now Amateur Olympia.

When you get to see even a small part of what goes into a prep behind the scenes, you develop a whole different level of respect for the discipline, resilience and commitment it takes to get there.

Incredibly proud of both of you and grateful for the trust you’ve placed in me along the way. Watching you both up there today was a pretty bloody cool moment. ❤️

Well done boys very deserved 🫶 congrats to you and your coaches @flexcoach_dean @_cutz_

Some stage & backstage shots from over the weekend! No placing unfortunately in a very stacked lineup within the first callout BUT it is by far the best version I’ve brought till date and I couldn’t be any happier especially jumping into new territory from U80s 2 years ago into U102s.

At first i felt out of place during the moment but analysing every bit of footage, I’d say I fit right in with the big shooters now.

Now both me & @kayvezz have a gameplan set, what to improve on for the next show but for now, time to grow and really mature into new uncharted territory.

Post show video recap will be dropping Monday or Tuesday…stay tuned!

Some backstage pics of quality humans from yesterday I respect and some I’ve finally gotten to meet in person. Fk I love this sport and the camaraderie. Making memoriesis important to me and I had such a blast smiling and laughing with good people.

If anyone had any more pics of us please send them to me
