HOW TO USE?
First clean the clay pot to wash off dust. Now fill it with water and keep aside undisturbed for a day. You would hear a sizzling sound while washing the pot because of the small pores present inside the pot. There is no need to worry.

During seasoning process, there may be few leakages of water drops for few days but later on there will be no leakage. It indicates that the clay pot is ready to cook.

We are slowly introducing the heat to clay pot and making it more stable. After this process, clay pot is ready to use. Before keeping it on the stove, apply cooking oil inside the pot then use for cooking.

Ingredients- 4 serve
Ghee 1-1/2 tbsp
Khoya, powdered sugar - 1 cup each
1/2 cup gond (easily available)

Fish fry (street food-8)
Fish is an integral part of the Bengali diet but, most of our fish recipes are served with rice and lentil as a main course. Fish fry is not prepared on an everyday basis and always stored for special days. It is not only a common street food, but also a famous appetizer in Grand celebrations like weddings, rice ceremonies, etc. They are also served with cocktails and tea as evening snacks to guests. I have tasted fish fry at several weddings, local restaurants, and food stalls at fairs but nothing beat this simple fish fry recipe.enjoy this.
Super delicious and easy to prepare ❤️
