Two weeks ago we released “Thrown Away” and its marked a new era for us exploring our new identity as a band.

The songwriting process for this new EP was fuelled by the feeling of being betrayed.

Sonically we’ve always felt like we’ve held back with our sound to try and appeal to more people. Although we don’t regret our catalogue it feels like it’s time to move deeper and put out what we want now.

During the period before writing this new work we were heavily inspired by Swedish Death metal, Norwegian Black metal & the NOLA Sludge scene. We’d like to think all of these genres play a part in our sound now but more so were vital for motivation to get out there again.

“Thrown Away” is the first of four tracks we can’t wait to share the rest. Thank you to everyone who has listened to the song.

A productive weekend in the studio with @mitta_norath at @woodriverstudios
This is what we’d sound like if we were an intricate
a capella group.
