Behind every service I offer is lived experience.
Pain. Recovery. Growth.
That journey shaped the care I provide today.
From pain to possibility—this is what intentional healing looks like.

This started after a moment that changed everything… when I got hit by that train door and was left in pain, searching for another way to heal.

I didn’t want to rely on ibuprofen—so I turned to creating my own CBD cooking ingredients and topical products.

Now it’s becoming a full line.

Proof that what’s meant for you will find you—if you stay focused and keep going, even when it doesn’t look like it’s working.

This is my healing journey… turning pain into purpose.

Every bottle is discipline, faith, and not giving up.

If you’re building something—don’t stop. Your moment is coming.

And when it does… be grateful.

I know, because I’m living it.

A few weeks ago I tried some ab exercises I saw online… and let’s just say everything BUT my abs was on fire for 3 days 😅
Lesson learned.
In this season of recovery, I’m sticking to the script — the PT exercises and what my doctor prescribed. No rushing. No ego lifting. No shortcuts.
High-intensity will come later.
Right now, healing comes first.
If you’re recovering from injury or surgery, let this be your reminder: trust the process. Your body will thank you. 🤍

Pain is often the body asking for care, not punishment.
Slow down. Breathe. Hydrate. Move gently.
Healing begins when we listen instead of push. 🌸

A gentle reminder this morning ☀️
Move with intention.
Hydrate your body.
Nourish yourself well.
Healing doesn’t have to be hard or time-consuming — it just has to be consistent. And if you’re living with chronic pain, please hear this: this is not forever.
Small, loving choices add up. Your body is listening. ✨

I don’t chase quick fixes—I sip herbs and move my body.
Hibiscus for antioxidants & blood pressure support
Gotu kola for brain clarity
Chamomile for balance
Together they support weight loss, reduced fat intake, and overall wellness.

Muscles. Joints. Brain. Circulation. Sleep.
This is why I stack:
Magnesium + Collagen + CBD
Turmeric + Ginger + Black Pepper + CBD
Lion’s Mane + CBD
Beet Root
Healing works best when the body is supported as a whole 🤍

What’s one gentle way you’ve supported your body lately — movement or rest?

This morning’s movement was stillness.
Feet up the wall. Breath in. Stress out. ✨
This simple posture supports circulation, helps drain lymphatic fluid, calms the nervous system, and gently releases the low back and hips. On recovery days — or heavy mental days — this is still movement.
Movement isn’t always about doing more. Sometimes it’s about allowing the body to reset, restore, and feel safe again.
This is therapy. 🤍

This isn’t just exercise.
This is joint mobilization, muscle activation, and lymphatic support working together.
When muscles move correctly, pain has less space to live

Happy Thursday!#
Today was my second Movement Is Therapy class, and we focused on the upper body — neck, shoulders, back, and core.
I’m only 3 months post-op, and sharing the same physical therapy exercises that are helping me heal feels powerful. I created this class during a dark season of depression, when even doing my own exercises felt impossible… and the pain kept getting worse.
But look at me now — moving my shoulder in every direction, getting stronger, and committed to showing up for myself every single day.
Recovery is NO joke — but movement is saving me. One day, one rep, one breath at a time. 💪🏽

I found my footage!!! It’s not much but it’s what I have lol.

“Did you get up and move with purpose yesterday? I did. 🌤️
My kids are on an unintentional extended break because of the strike — and some days it’s hard to get back into my rhythm. I find myself stuck, staring at the wall, singing Deborah Cox “Nobody’s Supposed to Be Here,” wondering what’s next… what’s for dinner… how to keep going.
But today we snapped out of it, got dressed, and took a walk. Because movement isn’t a chore — it’s healing. It’s not just another workout routine. It’s therapy. It’s hope. It’s me choosing to show up for myself. ✨
