Deadly Dozen postponed? 💔😭 Not the news we wanted… but we don’t do all dressed up with nowhere to go! 😂🔥
So I put on my super suit and took the disappointment straight to Ground Gym, Stellenbosch for Deadly Dozen simulation. 💪🏼🍋
Plans change. The mission doesn’t. 🫡

Another week, another round of BIG wins inside the Barbarian Squad! 💪🏻

And this isn’t just about losing weight.

It’s about getting STRONGER, building DISCIPLINE, and proving to yourself what you’re capable of.

🏆 Alex just crushed his 600TH workout! Absolute machine!

🔥 Edgar completed his 200TH workout AND hit 2 new personal bests!

💪 Julio officially reached 150 workouts completed! That’s consistency.

👏 **John **just knocked out his 75TH workout, pushing through another challenging upper-body session!

🚀 **Kara **hit her 25TH workout AND dropped another pound this past week!

🏋️ Harkaran completed workout #15, set 6 NEW personal bests, and is already feeling stronger in the gym and more disciplined in the kitchen!

💥 **Javyn **surprised himself by hitting 70 lbs for 7 reps on push day while making serious improvements with his nutrition!

⚔️ **Gunner **shared something that perfectly sums up what we’re building here:

“I’ve discovered I’m stronger than I let myself believe.”

THAT RIGHT THERE IS WHAT IT’S ALL ABOUT. 😤

Because the biggest transformation isn’t always what you see in the mirror.

It’s the confidence you rebuild.

The promises you start keeping to yourself.

The discipline you develop.

And the realization that you’re capable of FAR MORE than you thought.

None of these wins happened overnight.

They happened because they kept showing up, putting in the work, and trusting the process.

Couldn’t be prouder of every single one of you. Keep stacking those wins Barbarians! 🦁

Functional. Explosive. Hard to Break. 💪🏾

Build strength. Develop power. Move fast under pressure. Train explosive movements. Hold the line. Stand firm.

It’s not about being better than others. It’s about holding a standard most will never commit to.

Woke up with my cup still overflowing from Saturday 🫶🏼🫶🏼

I never imagined Go Beyond would mean this much, not just to the community, but to us as a team. What a privilege to be part of something like this.

We’ve always said that GROUND is more than just a gym, and Saturday was proof of that. GROUND is you. It’s you showing up, pushing through, supporting one another, and choosing to ask a little more of yourself, lap after lap.

Saturday made me incredibly proud. Of our team, our volunteers, our sponsors, and every person who played a part in making the day what it was. Of the way everyone handled whatever the day threw at us, rolled with the punches, and still managed to have a good time doing it.

This is what it’s all about. Do hard things with good people.

Best believe next year, we go again.

205 TO 175 AT AN AGE HE HASN’T SEEN IN DECADES!

My client John didn’t just lose 30 pounds.

He got back to a bodyweight he hadn’t seen since he was around 20 years old.

And his message says it all:

“I have not been this light since I was around 20 years old ... I am borrowing clothes from my kids now.”

That’s what happens when you stop chasing quick fixes and start following a plan you can actually stay consistent with.

John went from 205 lbs to 175 lbs by keeping things simple:
✅ Structured nutrition
✅ Consistent training
✅ Accountability
✅ Adjustments when needed
✅ Showing up week after week

No starvation diet.
No living in the gym.
No trying to be perfect every single day.

Just a sustainable system that fit his life.

And as a result:
🔥 Leaner waist.
🔥 Better shape.
🔥 More confidence.
🔥 Clothes fitting better.

If you’re a busy man who has 30+ pounds to lose, you do NOT need a more extreme plan.

You need one you can actually follow long enough to get the result.

Ivan is 41.

Busy professional with a family, kids & responsibilities.

And 6 months ago, he was sitting around 170 lbs, low on energy, lacking confidence, and skeptical that online coaching could actually work for someone like him.

He had already tried doing things on his own.
He trained.
He used AI.
He tried eating healthier.

But the biggest thing missing was HUMAN feedback and accountability.

Someone who could actually look at what he was doing, adjust the plan around his schedule, set up his nutrition properly, and tell him what needed to change.

Fast forward 6 months…

Ivan is now around 150 lbs, noticeably leaner, more muscular, more energized, and carrying himself with a completely different level of confidence.

And the best part is that he didn’t have to become a robot to get there.

He learned how to use the 80/20 approach.

How to enjoy social events without bringing a food scale everywhere.

How to adjust his training when work and family life got busy.

And most importantly, how to feel IN CONTROL of his body instead of feeling like his weight was dictated by whatever life threw at him.

That’s what coaching should give you.

Not just a temporary transformation…

But the knowledge, confidence, and skills to know exactly what to do when life gets hectic.

If you’re a busy professional, husband, or dad who feels like work and family have pushed your fitness to the bottom of the priority list…

You don’t need more random workouts.
You need a plan built around YOUR life.

DM me “IVAN” and I’ll show you how we help busy men lose fat, build muscle, and get their confidence back. 👊

@efraine_ jou post het my sommer laat saam huil en dink aan die mens wie ek was voor ek a mamma geword het. ❤️

hold the line ⚔️

today’s main event: deadlift.

heavy weight.
tired body.
no excuses.

we did not drop the standard.

everyone has a breaking point under load.
the moment form slips,
the moment quitting sounds easier that is the line.

hold it.
defend it.
do not retreat.

strength is not what you lift once.
it is what you refuse to let go.

train hard.
stay ready.
be hard to break. ⚔️

it was about becoming hard to break.

choose the standard.
show up.
