Coming back from the Philippines felt like a crash.

Family. Food. Energy.
Then… quiet.

Not depressed—just off.

As a third culture kid, I’m always shifting between two worlds:
Filipino and American.

Different pace. Different energy.
Your system has to adjust.

What helped me the most?
Exercise.

Movement resets your system.
Releases endorphins—your body’s natural “happy hormones.”

Even small things… like watering my plants…
helped me get back into rhythm.

I don’t have to choose one culture.

I can be both.

One joyful day of bonding with our People Ops Team. Breaking away from our usual daily virtual interactions, by making the most of our time having in-person conversations and laughters together. Having wonderful friends at work is such a big blessing. 💕
