It’s rare I’m lost for words, but this team really is something special.

Thank you @1stphorm for making a random nobody feel so welcomed and giving me the best few days at HQ.

Swipe Til The End 😂

Just some moments from life this year so far.

In a world,
In a time,
In a place,

where everything around seems chaotic…

It’s moments like these
People like these
Times like these

That truly are what I try to look to.

Life’s going to throw things your way that don’t make sense.

But when you can take a step back, count your blessings, and remember the good in life…

There’s a lot of good that’s there and a lot more good to come.

Never forget to be grateful for the good in life.

Because everything tries to steer you away from that…

And that is what will help you keep moving forward.

I’ve worked with Makenna multiple times throughout the years for various injuries. For someone who is very strong and active, we’ve had to strip some things down and really focus on movement patterns and activating the right muscles.

She’s great about doing her home exercises and focusing on moving right allowing her to get back to doing what she loves.

Thanks Makenna for trusting me with your care over the years!
