Berlin doesn’t need another tasting menu. And yet, here we are - again completely obsessed with what @matiasdiazsilva is doing at @136berlin.

The ingredients alone are enough to make you feel unreasonably lucky. We’re talking A4 Wagyu, langoustine, eel and sparerib - and then, just when you think the evening has peaked, @imperialcaviar shows up and you realize it absolutely has not.

It’s some of the most confident cooking in Berlin. The chef’s Peru x Italy formula is bold, precise, and everything you’d expect when fine dining.

The signature ceviche involtini is the kind of dish that makes you wonder why the whole city isn’t talking about it constantly (some of us are, @mkoul14). Every single course feels intentional, considered, and wildly delicious.

The 136 experience is one of Berlin’s finest - and it keeps getting better. Snag your seat before everyone else does!

Spindler on Paul-Lincke-Ufer has long been one of my favourite spots along the canal. Now, they’ve gotten even more exciting with chef @guyhoffman011 heading up the kitchen.

Expect vibrant vegetable dishes, Guy’s signature ceviche with different kinds of fennel, modern bistro classics, a gorgeous wine pairing, and killer cocktails.

@spindler.berlin remains an easy all-day hangout, from breakfast through dinner, and it’s the kind of place where time tends to slip by without you noticing.

We’re lucky to stay long, and met with head chef Guy after dinner.

👉🏻 if you love cauliflower, tuck in! It’s a flavour bomb. Another fave, the perfectly cooked duck breast, and the delectable fish fillet served over a scrumptious green herb risotto. Best to share a few dishes with a friend like I did with @mkoul14 - it’s a lot of fun!

Berlin doesn’t get dinners like this every day.

A knockout night in the beating heart of Friedrichshain at @michelbergerrestaurant, tucked inside one of the city’s coolest crash pads, the @michelbergerhotel. This is the kind of place that makes you cancel your after-dinner plans because their lobby bar next door is epic, too.

Go full carte blanche and let the chefs choose for you, or tuck into their à la carte menu - either way, you’re signing up for one of Berlin’s most crave-worthy meals.

What sets it apart? Much of what hits the table comes straight from their own @michelbergerfarm in Brandenburg, backed up by a tight circle of local growers, small sustainable farms, and artisanal producers. The result: hyper-seasonal plates that feel wildly Berlin, deeply comforting, and quietly brilliant.

A full-on knockout. One of my absolute favourite spots in the city - and forever worth the hype, right alongside their other gems @ora.berlin and @theke.berlin ❤️

A while ago @isabellannhi and I had such a lovely dinner night @mani_berlin 🤍 amazing food in one of the chicest settings✨

We started with a few appetizers, and I have to say: the hamachi tartare was a highlight! Paired with creamy coconut yoghurt and a hint of lime 🤩 absolutely loved the flavour combo!!

For mains, we went for one of the biggest (and crispiest!) chicken schnitzels in town 🤤

This is what summer nights are all about 💫

A small menu full of Levantine flavours for sharing. Loved the silky hummus (5€), butter-soft eggplant carpaccio (8€), and some of the most perfect fries I’ve had in a while - crispy thin, fluffy, and perfectly salted 🥔. The biggest surprise was the grilled lamb chops with harissa date glaze (14€). I usually shy away from lamb, but this had none of that gamy flavour and was super tender 🤤

There’s a big indoor space, but it’s the garden out back you’ll want to grab a seat in ☀️

Wrapped up last week with a lovely dinner at @josephberlin located right on Friedrichstraße with a beautiful hidden courtyard that’s perfect for warm summer nights ✨

The menu is small and curated, but the bites and mains were absolutely stunning. @isabellannhi & me loveeeed the smokey eggplant carpaccio 🫰🏻

My personal highlight: the pulled lamb shoulder, incredibly tender, and paired perfectly with za’atar and yogurt 🤤

For dessert, definitely don’t skip the tahini ice cream topped with crunchy kadayif, halva, and date syrup. That combo was full of texture 😮‍💨
