Unboxing 📦 TIMEMORE DOT ☕️

A seriously good step down basket from @ikape_espresso that I’ve been using non-stop daily since it came out. Now I also have the black version 🖤👌🏼☕️

Pulling a light filter roast doubleshot of @keen_coffee Ethiopia Banko Gotiti for my oat flat white via my Series 1. This machine hasn’t missed a beat 👍🏼👍🏼

Second anniversary of serving delicious coffee in Farringdon.

Flat White @snoozzze.coffee

Origin: Colombia
Producer: Linarco Rodriguez
Variety: Gesha
Process: Semi-washed
Roaster: @outlinestudiocoffee
Tasting notes: Elderflower, Green Apple, Toffee

Usually, I would have gone for a pour over, but the barista recommended this coffee as being better suited to an espresso based drink, so I decided to try it as a flat white instead. Overall, it was a very sweet and pleasant drink, with delicate floral notes and caramel like sweetness in the cup.
