2026 — you were absolutely insane.

This season, we hosted:
🔥 A sold-out HYROX STRONG 🔥 Race Prep for Ottawa’s first-ever HYROX 🔥 An unforgettable Fitness Festival 🔥 The biggest Halfrox we’ve ever hosted 🔥 One more incredible Halfrox to close out the season

But the biggest win of all? Having the privilege of cheering on more than 1,200 athletes this year.

From our incredible sponsors and partners to every local business, volunteer and team member who helped bring these events to life—we hope we made you proud.

Our mission has been simple since day one: bring communities together and create an environment built on positivity, encouragement and connection.

Watching athletes travel from across Ontario to race, support one another and become part of this community has been an absolute gift.

Thank YOU for showing up. Thank YOU for believing in what we’re building. Thank YOU for making every event possible.

We can’t wait to welcome you back next season—with even more to race for, celebrate and look forward to.

14 Years of LP. ❤️
September 2012. 26 years old. Two young punks with a dream. 👦👧

It all started with 20–30 friends and family working out together in a park.

From day one, we’ve been incredibly fortunate to have an amazing support system around us — family and friends who have always believed in us and would do just about anything for us. 🙏

Then came a 21-Day Challenge, where we met our first “new members.” Some of those people are still part of LP today. 😍

Years 1–5 — Survival.
6am every morning to 9pm every night. Coaching. Training. Building. Learning. Loving every second of it.

Looking back, I have no idea how we did it. 😂

Years 6–10 — Growth & Reflection.
We thought we had survived the dreaded first five years, so surely the rest would be easy… right? 😂

A new gym. A huge investment. A lot of risk. And a lot of reflection about who we were, who we wanted to be, and what we wanted LP to become.

Years 10–14 — Building Something Bigger.
Building a team.
Growing a family.
Finding balance.
Creating an identity.
And continuing to figure it out along the way.

But more than anything, we’re proud of the incredible community that surrounds us, motivate us and inspire us every single day!

The people who have trusted us with their health. The people who have stuck with us through every chapter. The coaches and team who have helped make LP what it is today. And the family and friends who have supported this crazy dream from the very beginning.

We still have big goals and big dreams to chase, and we couldn’t be more excited to see what the future holds.

So here’s to the next 14 years.

The highs and lows.
The ups and downs.
The wins, the challenges, and everything in between.

Most importantly, here’s to continuing to show up every day, love what we do, build something we’re proud of, and build a great life with our little family. 🥰

First off — huge shoutout to everyone who raced, supported, cheered, volunteered, trained, and showed up for HYROX Ottawa. What a weekend. What a community.

This is a first-of-its-kind event for the KW region — hosted at the one and only Tapestry Hall.
