5.5%. Yes, you read that right. A new financing option is opening the door for qualified homebuyers, with variable interest rates starting as low as 5.5%*. Here's what you need to know: • Buy a home with a HELOC. Unlike a traditional HELOC used to access existing home equity, this option allows qualified buyers to use a home equity line of credit to purchase a home. • Interest-only payments for the first 10 years. Potentially lower initial monthly payments, with a 20-year repayment period to follow. • Financing up to $1.5 million for eligible primary residences and up to $1 million for eligible second homes. • As little as 20% down for qualifying primary residence purchases. Why does this matter? Because a traditional mortgage isn't your only option. The right financing strategy could make a meaningful difference in your initial monthly payment and overall borrowing costs. Before you make an offer, let's compare the numbers. 📩 hello@moderndaylending.com Modern Day Lending, a team of Cornerstone First Mortgage | NMLS #173855 | Equal Housing Lender | nmlsconsumeraccess.org --- *5.50% starting variable interest rate, subject to change. Minimum 20% down for eligible borrowers. Not available in NY or TX. All loans subject to credit approval. Not all buyers will qualify. Not a commitment to lend. What a few days at Hidden Creek. The 2026 Agents Against Cancer Golf Invitational brought 42 real estate and finance professionals together for two full days on property: an intimate field, member-guest style matches, and relationships that go well beyond business. Together with the Chicago Gala, AAC raised more than $310,000 for the American Cancer Society this year, its biggest year yet. That brings the three-year total past $630,000, with $1 million in sight. Modern Day Lending is proud to support this community and the cause behind it. Thank you to Jenn Anderson for founding AAC, Jake Nolan and the golf committee for building something truly different, and everyone who showed up. Next up: the NYC Gala and the Golf Invitational at Dormie Club in West End, NC. Self-employed does not mean unqualified. Traditional income documentation doesn’t always tell the full story - especially when you own a business or work for yourself. With a bank statement loan, eligible borrowers may be able to use 12-24 months of bank statements to calculate qualifying income, without traditional tax returns.* Different income. Different path to financing. 📲 Connect with the Modern Day Lending Team to see what you qualify for. —- * Program availability, qualification and documentation requirements vary. Additional conditions may apply. Modern Day Lending, a Team of Cornerstone First Mortgage NMLS # 173855 | Equal Opportunity Lender #moderndaylending #realestate #selfemployedmortgage #mortgagetips
