Had an incredibly full but fantastic weekend full of dance recital and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang shows but we managed to squeeze in about 45 minutes of mom and dad time to celebrate the 10th birthday for @oilhorsebrewing . One more show of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang today and then we all get a rest!

Super proud of my amazing friends and the work they have done to memorialize and bring remembrance to victims of violence during the 1919 race riots across the US.

The 2024–2025 @jllongview year has officially come to a close! Over the past year, our focus was on consistency, and as a League, we worked hard to be a catalyst for change—empowering women and children facing poverty in our community. I’m incredibly proud to have served on the Board alongside such passionate and dedicated women, and I’m truly inspired by the impact we’ve made together.

This year, the Junior League of Longview awarded over $100,000 in grants to local nonprofits, hosted signature fundraisers like @christmasinthepineywoods and Casino Night, and strengthened the bonds within our membership.

Last night, I was honored to receive the gavel as the incoming President of Junior League of Longview. With that gavel comes a deep sense of responsibility—and a heart full of excitement, humility, and commitment.

The Junior League is more than an organization; it’s a powerful network of women leading with purpose, service, and heart. We’ve already proven how impactful we can be when we move forward together.

Looking ahead, our focus is clear: engagement—with our community and with one another. Because when we connect deeply, we amplify our impact. Every member’s voice, talent, and energy is vital. With our amazing Board, dedicated chairs, and enthusiastic membership, I know we’re ready to make an even bigger difference.

A week well spent in the Big Easy! 🎷

Attended the Association of Junior League International (AJLI) Annual Conference on behalf of the Junior League of Longview. Honored to serve the upcoming league year with @jllongview as President Elect, Vice President of Community and Holiday Market Chair and I am excited to get started!!

This week was spent learning how we can better serve our community and better train our members all while meeting amazing women that are doing the same thing in their communities. There were over 200 @juniorleague in attendance including many international leagues. Inspiring week with inspiring women! Excited to bring back what @mlmayflower and I learned to our East Texas community!
