LAST SPOTS FOR ESALEN!
October 12-16, 2026

I’m thrilled to be returning to Esalen Institute for a 5-day movement retreat this fall. The Mythical Body Retreat weaves theory, movement, and experiential practice to reveal the shaping, patterns, relationships, and intelligence that help us understand and navigate the body with more compassion and creativity. It is for anyone who is ready to go deeper in exploring the stories and mythologies that are held in movement, posture, and tension towards greater freedom and expression.

Retreat Details:

The myths that built this world — the ones that tell us who belongs, who leads, and who is worthy of care — are losing their hold. And the body knows it. Long before the mind catches up, the body has been carrying the weight of these stories: in the armor we wear, the patterns we embody, the creativity we withhold.

This retreat is an invitation to go beyond the veil and begin the ancient, necessary work of returning to yourself. Rooted in the understanding that how we organize our bodies is how we organize the world, our journey weaves dynamic movement, embodied inquiry and collective play to shift patterns of urgency, control, and disconnection into creativity, trust, and real collective power.

This is the embodied work that makes all other work possible - the foundation beneath every vision, every relationship, every act of courage towards a different future.

✨New Years (Home) Retreat ✨
Dec 28 - Jan 1, 2026

EMERGE is a threshold space—part sanctuary, part chrysalis—where you get to slow down, listen deeply and prepare yourself for the year ahead.

Over the five days that lead us into the new year, you will receive daily movement practices, provocative journaling prompts, visioning tools and resources and LIVE community calls with Kerri to support and workshop whatever is in the way of our fullest expression.

And the best part…you don’t have to leave home to retreat. This home retreat is designed to meet you where you are and support an ongoing home practice that will take you into the new year with power, and precision.

We love seeing the kids happy.❤️🥹

THANK YOU to everyone who has donated to our Fast4Gaza and other campaigns. Thanks to our local partners in Gaza, we’ve been able to continue distributing water trucks which the people are completely dependent on it. It’s a heartbreaking and shameful reality. Let’s keep donating until Israel’s criminal siege on Gaza is broken.💔

The need is greater than we can imagine. Link in bio to donate. Fast any day you choose, share your story and tag @connecther - You can donate even if you can’t fast.

🇵🇸 Join us any day that works for you starting June 5, 2025 to fast from sunup to sundown in solidarity with Gaza — and donate what you would have spent on food that day to support local, grassroots aid led by Gazans themselves. Whether you fast once or often, alone or with others — your intention matters. Your action matters!🙏🏾

💔 Children are starving.
💔 Aid is blocked.
💔 Your donation is their lifeline.

Fast. Give. Share. Speak up. 🇵🇸

Note: Our partners on the ground in Gaza have asked us to emphasize that those with chronic illnesses or medical conditions should not fast if it may harm their health.

If you’re unable to fast, you can still stand in solidarity by:
• Donating what you would have spent on food
• Sharing the campaign with your networks
• Supporting the BDS movement by boycotting companies complicit in the occupation

On this day, as the world focuses attention on women to mark International Women’s Day, may we pay particular and unending tribute to the creativity and artfulness of women across the world. I salute women who continue to be the best they can be even in the face of the horrors of genocide, civil war, patriarchy, misogyny, violence, poverty, discrimination, and erasure among other tyrannies. Much love

The last few months have tested my faith. I am struggling to know how to function in a world where violence and dehumanization is "business as usual"....much less celebrate a holiday rooted in colonial violence .

All of it has me wondering how do we keep our hearts open in the face of so much destruction and despair? How do we cultivate the endurance to keep going?
✨
Join me for a post truths-giving practice of detox & decolonization
Friday, November 24th. 11EST/8PST
✨
The practice of unlearning how we've been shaped by dominant systems is not just an intellectual pursuit but a but a whole bodied inquiry. It calls us to confront old and limiting stories and beliefs we carry in our tissues so that explore new ways of being and doing that move us towards healing and liberation.
✨
This will be a virtual space for shared movement, reflection, grief and action towards the more liberated and peaceful world that we all deserve (will include resources for care, endurance and action).
✨
All proceeds will be donated to the Palestine Children's Relief Fund.
