Most of you may have seen the news about Conor McGregor going to Mexico to work with Ibogaine. I’ve read some of the coverage (not all, I don’t do mainstream media like that) and honestly I feel both respect for the medicine and concern about how this is being portrayed.

The tone of his posts feels like “I’ve been saved, healed, reborn.”

And this is where I get uneasy.

One journey doesn’t heal you. One night with a medicine doesn’t make you enlightened. These medicines are catalysts, not cures. They are the surgery, not the recovery.
Real healing happens after. In daily life. In relationships. In accountability.

It’s holding the woman whose heart you broke.
It’s facing the harm you caused your children.
It’s letting the shame come and choosing not to run.
It’s rebuilding what you shattered with presence and time.

When the medicine is digested, the old you dies. And integrating that identity shift can take years if done properly.

I hope Conor has real support, not spiritual bypassing.
And I hope people don’t walk away thinking one ceremony is “the answer.”

Medicine is the surgery.
Integration is the transformation.

Never confuse the two.

🍄 You’ve probably tried pharmaceutical drugs… and while they can mask symptoms, they rarely address the root cause. Holistic medicine, on the other hand, focuses on healing at the source — that’s why it’s so effective.

🍄 Micr0d0sing is one of these approaches. It has been used for thousands of years in various traditions, yet it’s been restricted in modern times because it helps people think, reflect, and question in ways conventional medicine cannot.

Before turning to medications that only treat symptoms, consider holistic alternatives. Do your research — I’m here to educate, guide, and share my knowledge to help you explore safe, effective ways to transform your mind, body, and nervous system.

Curious about what Mic0d0sing can do for you? 🌿

A new survey study carried out by The Beckley Foundation and Maastricht University has found that classical psychedelics such as psilocybin and LSD could have painkilling effects on chronic pain conditions, according to @psychhealthnews. The survey results showed that participants found psychedelics provided better pain relief than conventional medication for fibromyalgia, arthritis, migraine, and tension-type headache. Sciatica was the only exception. “Evidence that microdosing can be a powerful remedy for the debilitating pain caused by migraine is growing steadily,” Amanda Feilding, Founder and Director of The Beckley Foundation, told Psychedelic Health. “With clinical research on its way, it is my hope that the many migraine sufferers (one billion individuals each year across the world) will soon get legal access to these much-needed treatments.” #linkinbio

In a first-of-its-kind study, the Centre for Psychedelic Research at Imperial College London conducted a placebo-controlled study, tracking brain activity before, during and after an experience with DMT.

They surveyed the experience of 20 healthy volunteers and gathered lots of data regarding the activity of these peoples' brains when undergoing the DMT experience.

While the study itself has lots of scientific jargon in it, our friends at @psychhealthnews have consolidated the study very well. Check it out at the link in our bio 🔗

@PsychHealthNews covers the completion of enrollment for our confirmatory Phase 3 trial of MDMA-assisted therapy for PTSD. Per the special protocol agreement negotiated with the U.S. FDA, this second of two Phase 3 trials was designed to enroll at least 100 participants to confirm the efficacy and further investigate the safety of the treatment.

Charlotte Harrison, Associate Director for Pivotal Programs at MAPS Public Benefit Corporation (MAPS PBC), explains the significance of this milestone: "The completion of enrollment brings us one step closer to making this novel treatment available to the many people who were not able to participate and accessible to those who need it most."
