Red capsicums are looking seriously good right now ❤️

We started at the Melbourne Market with Dom from @MountainFreshwholesale, one of the wholesalers helping get fresh produce out to local fruit and veg shops across Victoria.

Then we headed to @MnMFruit in @Prestonmarketau where Dom shared a few easy ideas for making the most of them at home.

That market-to-store connection is part of what makes shopping local so good. Fresh produce, familiar faces, and people who know what’s worth taking home.

Find your nearest A better choice! retailer using the store locator linked in our bio. 🍎

🍊🧡 We're excited to share a glimpse into our incredible two-day tour of Venus Citrus and their growers' farms, alongside some of our valued retail partners.

It was a privilege to see—and taste—firsthand the passion, dedication, and care that goes into every piece of Venus fruit. From the orchards to the packing shed, every step reflects the commitment to delivering premium quality citrus.

A special thank you to Maria, Helen and Fab from @venuscitrus ,the growers from the Arnold's and Lloyd's orchards and everyone who made this experience possible.

And to our valued retailers, thank you for taking the time to join us and for your continued support. We look forward to growing together and bringing the very best Australian citrus to consumers.

There’s something about wandering through the market on a winter’s morning that just feels like home.

I picked up the sweetest apples and plump blueberries from the wonderful team at @mnmfruitandveg at Preston Market and turned them into the cosiest Apple, Blueberry & Vanilla Custard Crumble Pie.

Golden, bubbling and served warm with a generous dollop of cream… the kind of dessert that brings everyone to the table.

This is your reminder that incredible food always starts with incredible produce. 🍎🫐

Who else is craving a slice? 🥧

Healthy eating doesn’t need to be complicated or expensive.

With the cost of living continuing to rise, it can feel like healthy eating is out of reach. But you don’t need expensive powders, organic everything, or perfectly aesthetic meals to support your health.

Some of the best things you can do are actually really simple:
• Buy seasonal produce
• Use frozen veggies (they’re often just as nutritious—and sometimes more nutritious—than supermarket “fresh” produce)
• Add more whole foods where you can
• Shop at your local market
• Focus on consistency instead of perfection

Real health needs to work in real life 💚
