New Years Resolutions have never really worked for me. I would always put vague, generic goals like “work out more”, “read more”, “eat healthier”, etc. Because these goals didn’t have a specific way to measure the success, and because they were just generic goals that everybody seems to claim as their New Years Resolutions, I never committed to them.

A few years ago, I saw someone on TikTok post that they were making a bingo card for their yearly goals and I LOVED that idea! The yearly bingo card allows for more specific goals and accomplishments, and it’s so rewarding when you get to cross out a box and when you get a bingo!

I’m really excited about the goals I set for myself this year and cannot wait to start crossing them off! If you’ve made a bingo card for 2026, I would love to see it and cheer you on as you check stuff off!

But no matter what format you use to track what you want to accomplish during the year, you can count on me to be your cheerleader and I’m excited to see what everyone does this year! 🤩👏

My first trail run in the books!!! 🏁🏃🏻‍♀️🏜️🪨

I had a goal to finish in 3hrs I did it in 3:08
Like what?!!! This was my 5th 1/2 marathon this year ! since February I’ve been putting in work this run was challenging but that’s what made it worth it big boulders my short legs climbing having to sit on a rocks to jump down loose gravel going up and down thick sand I felt great the whole run no music just me and my running shoes and amazing views Moab forever has a special place in my heart !

I would do this run again.

I’m so blessed to be able to run these miles . And my family always at the finish line waiting for me 🩷

It’s a relief to know I can deliver a message 26.2 miles and not die like Pheidippides.. then again he probably didn’t have succulent aid stations

Idk, maybe the suffering was worth it for the photos? What do you think?
