Sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself is step away. Took the ferry from the Bronx down to Far Rockaway this Sunday for a much-needed mental reset. Just me, the ocean breeze, and a perfect golden hour. 🌊🌇 We all need moments like this to decompress. What’s your go-to spot or activity when you need to clear your head? 💭👇

BOOTY BOOTCAMP is more than just getting your ass kicked — it’s girlhood, movement, sweat, confidence, and COMMUNITY. 🫶🏽

We’re lifting, burning, laughing, shaking, and hyping each other up the entire way through. No matter your fitness level, you’re welcome here. 💪🏽✨

Come get your communal ass whooping with us 😭🍑 because we’re not gatekeeping the gains OR the good vibes.

🎀 Pull up. Sweat it out. Make some friends. Leave feeling like THAT GIRL.

Y’all asked for more… so we had to level it up. 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼🌸

📍 Mark your calendars!
Our next Bootcamp + Stretch Collab is August 15th at 12:00 PM! Bring a friend, bring your mat, bring your energy—we’ll take care of the rest.🫶🏽

This time, I’m teaming up with my guy Luis to give you the best of both worlds. I’ll be putting you through a spicy full-body bootcamp (yes… you’ll survive 😂), and once we’re done, Luis is bringing you back to life with an incredible guided stretch. 🙆🏻‍♀️

Because we don’t just want you to leave sweaty—we want you to leave feeling GOOD. Strong, mobile, grounded, and ready to take on whatever comes next.

We’re all about creating an experience, not just another workout. Come laugh with us, push yourself, meet some amazing people, and let us take care of the rest. ❤️

Who’s ready to sweat, stretch, and probably tell us you hate us halfway through? 🤭 We’ll see you there!🌸

Light chest day on the books. Just moving 105 pounds today to keep the momentum going. The recovery from bicep tendinitis has been great so far—patience is the name of the game when you’re 6’4”, 280, and keeping the engine running five days a week. We’re getting the strength back! Wha Happan?! 😤💪🏾

If you think you can just walk out of the locker room and dive straight into aggressive, high-intensity action without priming your body… Wha Happan?! 🤷🏽‍♂️💥

Big Cuzzo handles business, and that starts with proper dynamic stretching pre-match. Get those joints moving, get the blood flowing, and protect your body before you destroy your opponent.

👇🏽 Stop lifting or bumping stiff. Follow @mobilitywithluis for the ultimate blueprint on mobility and stretching advice!

🔥 Bicep Bench Stretch Breakdown
One of the simplest ways to open up tight biceps — especially if you lift heavy or spend hours at a desk. Sit on the back of your hands with your fingers pointing behind you, lean slightly back, and let the stretch hit the front of your arm and shoulder. Slow, controlled breathing makes it even better. Mobility is strength in disguise.

New Year, new posture 💥 Shoulder rotations are the underrated desk-side reset your body needs. A few reps every hour unlock tension, boost mobility, and keep your posture sharp while you grind. Start 2026 with habits that keep your body moving right 💪🏾
.

💡 Benefits of Shoulder Rotations During Desk Work

Doing shoulder rotations periodically throughout the day can:

• 🧘‍♂️ Relieve tension in the neck, traps, and upper back from prolonged sitting

• 🌀 Improve shoulder mobility and joint health, reducing stiffness and risk of impingement

• 📏 Enhance posture, especially if you’re hunched over a screen

• ⚡ Boost circulation and energy, helping you stay alert and focused

• 🛡️ Prevent long-term issues like rotator cuff injuries or chronic pain

Feeling tight across your shoulders and neck? The Upper Trapezius Stretch targets the muscles that carry stress from long hours at the desk or heavy lifting. By gently pulling your head to the side while reaching the opposite arm down, you lengthen the trapezius and scalenes—unlocking mobility, easing tension, and improving posture. 🌟 Perfect for recovery, warm-ups, or just a mid-day reset.”
