🔥 What a weekend! 🔥

The weekend was all about our sessions with Dutch National Team pitcher Scott Prins. And honestly? The vibes were unreal! 🧡🏏

We took on the big three:
💥 Throw better
💥 Move better
💥 Build confidence

And the improvements were visible straight away! Better mechanics, smoother movement, more power, more accuracy… you guys showed up and put in serious work. 🚀

Scott brought so much knowledge (and good energy!) and our players absolutely smashed it.

Can’t wait to keep this momentum going. 🙌
More cricket, more learning, more leveling up. 🔥

Thank you Migos to give me the opportunity to finally pitch after 15 years not having played baseball🙏❤️

Before the moment came, I was nervous, but excited to pitch again. I felt my heart racing to be a pitcher again, and standing on the mount made it even go crazy. The team shouting to me:" 🗣You can do this and we got your back" made me realize how great it feels to play in a team again. They made me feel like a pitcher again.

I want to especially thank the catcher Pito, which kept me cool and enthousiast at the same time; and my pitcher coach Ezio, who feels like an lost uncle that oddly looks and acts the same like he does. The team really felt like a family!

Before started pitcher training with Scott Prins, who helped and learning me throwing breaking balls and the change-up @modernpitching. Every time I learned a lot. Still waiting for the winter programme!⚾️

I started pitcher training again after some weeks having no training.
I need to work on my arm and my body opening up too soon but I found out that I’m throwing a bit harder by throwing more side arm which feels more natural to me.
You see 2 fastballs with a bit of 2 seam movement, a slider and last pitch a change up which I feel more comfortable to throw that sinks. Not bad for a 43 year old 😎 and hoping to improve more over time #pitcher #forloveofthegame
