Why do we wear effort like a badge of courage. All of our tasking and heavy lifting is born out of trying to control the circumstances and affect the outcome through brawn. How about trying the flow state instead?

The natural order of things helps us understand there is actually a reason that the flow state is more effective. It’s efficient. It’s the most minimal expenditure of energy possible for maximum gain.

We have it backwards, I’m an huge efforter,
Task, task, task, I forget when we slip into the flow state, That moment where you focus on the objective and not the means in which to get there, pathways become illuminated. Doors that were closed, suddenly open for you. The right people appear at the right time.

When we align with nature’s way , minimum effort from maximum output and allow. We slip into the flow state.

Have you done this effectively? Let me know in the comments.

Are you acting like a main character of your own story?

What if life is a video game and our deepest desires are the main quest?

All the other things are side quests, fun pit stops on the way or even worse, distractions that make your main goal harder to achieve .

This is your dream, your story your movie. Feel your main character energy.

Nobody likes a boring movie, so choose three things that you can do today to move you closer to your dream and feel like the creator of your life.

Forget the “How” and focus on the desire. Believe it so deeply that people would call you delusional.

The universe, God, the all, whatever you want to call it, just wants your true faithfulness and deepest belief. The “how” is Gods way of tickling
you and reminding you that these is something more profound and wise moving the chess pieces around the board.

When you worry about the how it crushes the belief, we loose our faithfulness and the cheese slides off the cracker.

Your one job is to act “as if” not lose focus let the “how” suprise you!

Don’t go to the grave with your best music still in you. Take 30 days and give the passion project everything you have and let me know how you do.

Is unfortunate that most of us have these incredible dreams and we get stuck in our day today with no energy to bring them forward, as much as I hate to say it getting off social media will claim 4 to 6 hours of your life back every single day that you can devote to the thing that’s in your heart.

Don’t be afraid, fear is imagining things going horribly wrong that 99% of the time don’t pan out. The universe wants to support you, have faith, leap! And the net will appear.

You matter…You are loved…You are worthy.

Even if you don’t know what your bigger purpose is, your smallest acts of kindness ripple through the universe and make an enormous impact with others.

If you are feeling alone, and we all do sometimes, I would be honored to be there for you. Send me a DM

Sometimes we just need a little kindness thrown our way to change the trajectory of our lives.

I hope this is a beautiful reminder that you make a difference just by being you.

Ayahuasca is one of those things that is almost impossible to explain.

However, I’m going to do my best here, typically when we go into this dimensional space that is somehow familiar to us, we understand the mysteries of the universe in a profoundly different way. We are stripped of our five senses consciousness, we expand, deeper wisdom sets in and we are flooded with divine information. Bringing that back to our 3-D reality is nearly impossible.

However, I did get a few takeaways upon subsequent journeys and that have stuck with me till this day.

The universe is infinitely abundant and wants to give you everything you desire. It is our resistance that is that the real issue. Not allowing it in or accepting it fully is what creates this lack mentality.

We are all connected. We are part of the whole, everything and everyone are entwined, parts of a collective, individual pieces of God, universe, creator, higher intelligence, or whatever works for you. It is an illusion that we are separate.

Lastly, it is all about LOVE. The core of our experience here on this planet it is to love all of it, one another and radiate love as the highest frequency.

Simple, yes, but these wise truths were not thoughts they were a “knowing” from the deepest level of my being.

This is deep, wise, transformational medicine. I have done many journeys, and they are all different but these three core truths are a constant.

The love you feel is real, the worlds you see, are real, the information given is wise beyond your own awareness.

The plants have intelligence, and mother ayahuasca is profoundly loving and wise.

Be sure you are ready to have reality as you know it stripped away and be good with deep introspection and a peek behind the curtain. Aho

Masculinity isn’t toxic, but the absence of it is.

Weak men are the most dangerous kind, abusive, spiteful.

Strong men are protective and loving.

Men forget that we are a duality of masculine and feminine, and the feminine side is usually atrophied.

Poor role models, absentee fathers, has shafted this generation of men to not being able to access their feelings. So we are left, trying to be stoic, internalizing everything, and shouldering the load ourselves.

But you don’t need to do it alone, you need a tribe.

That’s why I’m starting a men’s group meeting two times a month online.

A place to feel vulnerable and share your feelings around other men who are like-minded and support each other. This is powerful medicine my friends.

if you’re interested DM me and I’ll send you the schedule.

I manifested my dream truck with no money in my pocket and the owner signed the title over to me and let me take it home on the spot.

Yes this really happened, I had a vintage truck on my vision board, the exact truck, and the exact color scheme I wanted.

I caught my wife mouthing “WTF” from her car as we drove away, did that really just happen? Yep…

Yes I did pay for the truck over time, but in the moment with no way to make something happen the universe found a way.

Genuine belief, strong feeling, a vivid visualization and a hero’s story. All employed to bring this truck to my reality.

That’s the sexual fantasy technique.
