No corporate lunch. No slick pitch. Just a product builders and architects have genuinely been chasing.

@nextbrick modular brick cladding. This one’s big.

Direct fix rails to the frame. Any brick. Corner bricks. Arches. Different radius segments. No extra footings.

The game changer for builders. Skip the architectural precaster. Run your plain precast panels, lock up fast, clad it after. Speed of precast. Look of full brickwork. Done properly.

Bonus. This isn’t just Australian brick anymore. Germany, Spain and beyond, all through one system.

Ripper catching up with the team at Bowens for the rundown. Watch this space. 🙏

CAN GARAGE DOOR INSULATION HELP WITH ROAD & SCHOOL NOISE? 👀🔇

In this video, the team is in Woodville West, South Australia, where our customer lives opposite a school and a busy main road.

As you can imagine, noise is a major issue.

Our installer Zubair installed our premium Graphite Carbon Infused Insulation, combined with our American Acrylic Seals.

These seals are designed for demanding environments, including extreme wind and weather conditions.

Together, the insulation and sealing system helps create a more comfortable garage by reducing noise, drafts, dust and heat transfer.

If your garage is next to a busy road, school or noisy neighbourhood, this could be a solution worth considering.

Watch the video and see the transformation.

For more information call 1300 666 000.

There are some seriously good people doing great things behind the scenes in our industry.

Back on the road on Friday connecting, learning, and catching up with more people across the trade, first stop was @modularmasonrygroup Modular Masonry Group.

We work with several different systems across the industry, and each has its place depending on the outcome required for a project. What we really value though is getting behind the scenes, continuing to learn, and connecting with people who genuinely care about the future of brickwork and construction.

It was great spending time on the ground learning more about the Modular Masonry system and seeing the work, innovation, and thinking that goes into products like these. Systems like this can play a really important role in retaining the use of brick in areas where traditional brickwork can sometimes become too difficult or heavily engineered.

Connection, collaboration, and sharing knowledge across the industry is something we’re becoming more and more passionate about. The more we do it, the stronger the future of the trade becomes.

A big thank you as well to the Modular Masonry team for their support over the years across us, our team, our businesses, and the industry more broadly.

The industry needs more good people like this. A lot of respect for these guys.

More to come from the road.

A single brick, transformed into something truly special at Soul Hampton by Finnis.
One of the standout moments in this project is the arched brickwork - a refined architectural detail that introduces softness, depth and a sense of craftsmanship to the exterior.
Using Almond ECO Smooth Bespoke Bricks supplied by Island Block & Paving, the façade achieves a calm, high-end finish while also meeting strong sustainability credentials. These bricks are Carbon Neutral certified, proving that considered design and responsible material choices can go hand in hand.
Where form, function and sustainability align beautifully.
