Howard University Yardfest was more than an event 👉🏼 IT’S A CULTURE. IT’S A LEGACY. IT’S AN EXPERIENCE, IT'S BLACK EXCELLENCE 💙❤️🤍🔥🦬. It’s "YOUR WILDEST DREAMS" which was the theme this year • 2026 •

From the show-stopping, jaw-dropping fashion, to the incredible vibes, amazing people and unmatched HBCU pride - the energy was EVERYTHING 🤩 and more. I had an idea of what to expect, but Howard exceeded every expectation. And I was here for all of it 💯 🙌🏼!

Plus, I'm a PROUD HOWARD MOM as my son is an upperclassmen ~ a junior currently in his third year which made this experience even more special for me ☺️. Howard is TRULY a place like no other!

Now swipe through and experience the magic I captured, along with seeing some familiar faces 📸 🤳🏽

Oh and a few things you should know about coming to a Howard Homecoming Yardfest:
✨ Come dressed to impress.
✨ Be unapologetically yourself.
✨️ The performances and DJ's are hype, but the celebrity artists are kept secret until they hit the stage.
✨ Show love and respect to each other.
✨ Alumni, students, visitors, parents...everyone from near and far brought the magic to the yard!
