This past week I traveled to Julian, CA for a week of creative rest, reset, and community thanks to the overwhelming generosity of the @speranzafoundation. Thanks to all who made this week possible, and to the talented, open hearted artists that filled the week with so much love and joy. If you seek a world of beauty… LOOK ABOUT YOU.

Artist retreat adventures!

We shot a music video today, squeezed in a couple of photo shoots, and got to play dress-up in some gorgeous pieces lent to us by our incredibly talented friend @kimberlyparkeratelier. 🩵

So much creativity happening this week, and so many things we can’t wait to share with you!

A little throwback to when we first launched our album fundraiser!

We recorded this video before we’d raised our first $30K, talking about what it actually takes to make a full-length record and where all that money goes.

A lot has happened since then (including recording the the majority of the album! 🥹), but everything we’re talking about here is still relevant.

We’re now in the final stretch of finishing this record and working toward our $50K goal.

We’ll have a fresh update for you soon, but in the meantime, here’s a little reminder of what we’re doing and why. ❤️

If you’d like to help us get this album across the finish line, the link is in our bio. 🌹

A little moment from Nashville. 🌹

We’ve been sharing a lot of shows and adventures lately, but behind the scenes, we’re still working away at finishing our debut album!

We’ve got another studio day coming up in November, and we’re hoping to reach our next fundraising goal of $50K by the end of October.

We’ve raised $33,976 so far, thanks to so many of you who’ve helped us bring these songs to life. ❤️

Still a ways to go, but we’re getting there.

If you’d like to help us finish this record, the link is in our bio. 🌹

Some moments over these past months that felt like something. Happy, yes mostly. Full, Absolutely. My life is very very full. My people are the best. And I get to create and be a parent and occasionally get away to natural wonders. Thought I’d share some moments.

Those b+w beauties were taken by my babe @pedropierre

Gentle rain, good music, stories about hummingbirds and rats 🤣, and a really special night with our friend @jeffberkley.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made it so lovely. ❤️

Some people get hand-me-downs. We get hand-beaded, red-carpet gowns. 😂❤️

Our incredibly talented friend @kimberlyparkeratelier designed and made these beauties, some of which have graced actual red carpets on actual movie stars.

And now she’s letting us borrow them for our music video. WHAT?! 😍🌹
